General Terms & Conditions

All reservations must be for a minimum of 2 nights.
Arrivals and Departures
Check-in: After 2:00 p.m.
Check-out : 10:00 a.m.

Please advise us if these times are not suitable and we will attempt to accommodate you.

Payment
Payment for all accommodation must be made in full prior to arrival.

Damage
Any damage to the room or property may be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable.

No Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in any areas of the property. If you do smoke, then you may be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges.

Cancellation Policy
Hunter Cottage is boutique accommodation and cancellations affect us greatly.  Cancellations of confirmed accommodation must be notified to us and acknowledged by us within seven days of arrival. Thereafter, the deposit may be retained. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in the total amount for the booked accommodation being charged. If the Cottage can be rebooked within the 48 hours notice period, only the deposit may be retained. In confirming a reservation with Hunter Cottage,, you agree to be bound by this cancellation policy. We at Hunter Cottage advise all our guests to purchase travel insurance to indemnify them against any costs that they may incur as a result of unavoidable changes in their travel plans.
